Out of the Way

It is so important that the place that you pick is one that is out of the way. You do not want to risk having any pedestrians see what is going on. If they happen to call the police you could get into a lot of trouble. The legal loophole with dogging is that as long as you are not seen by unwilling viewers that you are in the clear.

Not Too Out of the Way

You really don’t want to be too far out of the way so that none of the other doggers can find you. Make sure that the spot that you pick is one that is easy to find if you are looking for it.
